* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Floyd Muter
Floyd Joseph "Joe" Muter, 72, 120 E. Walnut St., Coldwater, died Nov. 5, 2008, at Triumph Hospital, Lima.   
He was born May 22, 1936, in Mercer County to Clyde and Olive McCain Muter. On Oct. 13, 1984, he married Patricia Zavesky, who survives.
Other survivors are a daughter, Michelle (Brad) Keith, Van Wert; a stepdaughter, Vera (Joseph) Lange of Coldwater; three brothers, Kenneth, Lima, David (Keta), Celina, and Dan (Jane) Muter, El Cajon, Calif.; two sisters Mona Lou (Jim) Young, Waynesboro, Va., and Linda (Buford) Sloan, Wayland, Ky.; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
He worked at the former Mersman plant in Celina. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the American Legion, both in Coldwater, and a volunteer for the American Red Cross.   
Services are 4 p.m. Sunday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, the Rev. Ronald Wilker officiating. Burial is at St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Saturday and 3-4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
