* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

COSI on Wheels at Celina East Elementary

Christina Harting, left, and Sammy Miller use handheld bellows to blow a racket ball in a clear tube to learn how pressure differences create wind during the COSI program at East elementary on Tuesday. In a press release, COSI says the program is aimed at stimulating the imaginations of the next generation of meteorologists. The COSI program continues today at East school.
