* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette IN, Franklin IN, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union IN and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette OH, Franklin OH, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union OH and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Tim Kelly
Former Celina resident Tim Kelly, 66, of Delaware, died Nov. 16, 2008, at home of cancer.
He was born March 18, 1942, in Columbus, to Martin and Teresa Conway Kelly. His wife, Becky, is deceased.
Surviving are a son, Brian; a daughter, Nikki; four brothers, Joe, Denny, Pete, and Charlie, all of Delaware; and two grandsons.
Deceased is a brother, Pat.
He was manager of Taco Bell, Delaware, and a 1960 graduate of St. Mary High School, Delaware, and served in the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Delaware, the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge, Fraternal Order of Eagles Lodge and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, all in Delaware.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Wednesday, at the church, the Rev. James Black officiating. Burial is at St. Mary Cemetery.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Tuesday at Robinson Funeral Home, Delaware, where a prayer vigil will be at 5 p.m. and a Loyal Order of Moose Lodge service at 7 p.m.
