Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Noelle Werling
Noelle Elizabeth Werling, 3 months, 117 Tobe Road, Fort Recovery, died at 1:50 p.m. Nov. 18, 2008, at Children's Medical Center, Cincinnati. Death was due to natural causes.
She was born Aug. 28, 2008, in Cincinnati, to Joe and Kendra Bergman Werling, who survive.
Other survivors are two sisters, Ava and a twin sister, Shayna; and grandparents Edward and Sally Werling, Burkettsville, and Karen Bergman, Yorkshire.
Deceased are a brother, Isaiah; and a grandfather, Donald Bergman.
She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Saturday at the church, the Rev. Tony Fortman officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1-1:45 p.m. Saturday at the church.
