Very strong wind gusts and dry soil is leading to areas of blowing dust across the area. This is causing visibility to be reduced to one mile or less in localized area.
Motorists should be prepared for rapidly changing visibility. Slow down and leave plenty of distance between you and the vehicle in front of you.
As winds slowly decrease late this afternoon into the evening, blowing dust should diminish.

Arthur Bradford
Arthur J. Bradford, 77, 1469 James Drive, Celina, died at 9:35 p.m. Nov. 26, 2008, at Hospice of Cincinnati.
He was born June 8, 1931, in Cleveland to Arthur J. and Rose K. Tenebria Bradford. On Feb. 24, 1951, he married Patricia L. Granger, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Kevin R., Cottonwood, Ariz., and Kim D. (Jill), Cincinnati; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is a daughter, Kelly R. Bollinger.
He had retired from Reynolds and Reynolds Company after 43 years of employment. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He graduated from Celina High School in 1949.
Services are 10 a.m. Monday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Tom Christen officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial can be made to Celina Area Visiting Nurses and Hospice.
