* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Numerous cats, like the one pictured above, reportedly roam Meyer Mobile Home Park in Rockford. Some of the animals have exhibited signs of being ill, and residents and health officials fear they may spread disease. The felines are just one of the problems at the park, which remains under investigation by the health department.
