* WHAT...Southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph expected.
* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Larry Seibert and Beau Jones of the Grand Lake Symphony Ensemble perform at the Celina Music store on Friday evening as part of Celina's Midnight Gladness event. Stores were open until midnight and various musicians and social organizations participated at various locations.
