Tower going up
Photo by Mark Pummell/The Daily Standard

A portion of the new Multi-Agency Radio Communications System (MARCS) tower stands erected near Wright State University-Lake Campus near Dibble Road in Celina. When completed, the new 450-foot, state-owned tower will be host to Mercer County's radio transmission equipment - a base radio/repeater that relays emergency radio signals - which currently is positioned on a tower along Weitz Road in rural Celina.
