Robert Michael
Robert D. "Bob" Michael, 77, New Weston, died at 11:04 a.m. Dec. 18, 2008, at Briarwood Nursing Home in Coldwater.
He was born in Darke County to Delmar and Fern (Shook) Michael. On Sept. 5, 1950, he married Imogene Miller, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Randy (Sue); four daughters, Karen Stucke, Sharon (Tim) Miller, Debra (John) Kaiser, and Sandra (Jim) Cox; a brother, Gene Michael, Union City; a sister, Doris Hemmelgarn, Dayton; 10 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two son-in-laws, George Thornhill and Jerry Stucke; a sister; a half-sister; and two half-brothers.
He was retired from Walls Brothers Asphalt and Bruns Construction. He was a member of the Moose, Eagles and American Legion.
Private services will be held at Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home, Greenville, the Rev. Sam Hoeflich officiating. Burial is at Brock Cemetery.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
