Celina city officials are in negotiations with Harbor Life Ministries (HLM), formerly known as Harbor House, to acquire three of its buildings on Fayette Street for additional downtown parking.
A final decision about whether to install angled or parallel parking in downtown Celina will not be made for at least a month or so, Celina Planning and Community Development Director Kent Bryan says.
