Light snow is expected to develop across the area after midnight, shifting to the southeast through the predawn hours. This band of light snow will affect the region by the Thursday morning commute, eventually pushing south of the area by mid- morning.
Minor snow accumulations of less than an inch are expected, but cold ground conditions will allow for quick accumulation on any untreated surfaces. The main impacts are expected to be reduced visibilities and some slick spots on untreated surfaces.
Motorists should exercise caution. Plan extra time for the Thursday morning commute.

Anna Kohlhorst
Anna Lee Kohlhorst, 82, 10731 state Route 118, Rockford, died at 8:30 a.m. Dec. 30, 2008, at the Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born July 14, 1927, in Mercer County to Oscar and Marie Baker Schaadt. On March 31, 1951, she married Frank Jack Kohlhorst, who died Oct. 26, 2000.
Surviving is a daughter-in-law, Sandy (Larry) Stanfield, St. Marys; three sisters, Rose Mary Knapke, Celina, Lois Gross, Troy, and Norma May Utz, Versailles; four grandchildren and five great-granchildren.
Deceased are a son, Andre and two sisters, Margaret Rismiller and Bonnie Martin.
She retired from Reynolds and Reynolds, Celina, and was a cashier at the Celina Theater. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina, and a 1945 graduate of Celina High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Steve Howell officiating. Burial is at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
