David Reinhard
Former Fort Recovery resident David A. Reinhard, 59, of Piketon, died Dec. 31, 2008, in Columbus. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born June 6, 1949, in Celina, to Sylvester and Martina Lewis Reinhard.
Surviving are two daughters, Michelle, Celina, and Christy of Kentucky; three sisters, Jean Grieshop, Versailles, Janice (Bob) Murlin, Huber Heights, and Mary (Tim) Philpot, Arcanum; and two brothers, Jim (Debbie), Downers Grove, Ill.. and Steve, Fairlawn.
Deceased is a brother, Larry.
He was a 1967 graduate of Fort Recovery High School and served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, St. Joe. Burial is at the church cemetery, with military graveside honors conducted by the Fort Recovery American Legion.
Calling is 2-5 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Brockman- Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
