* WHERE...Portions of central and west central Ohio, including the following counties, in central Ohio, Delaware, Franklin, Licking, Madison and Union. In west central Ohio, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami and Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 2 PM EDT this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms will move across parts of the area this morning, possibly extending into early afternoon. This may result in bands of heavier rainfall that could lead to flash flooding.

John Schlueter
Celina native John Francis Schlueter, 60, Springfield, Tenn., died Jan. 4, 2009, at Nashville Skyline Medical Center in Tennessee. Death was due to natural causes.
He was born Feb. 10, 1948, in Celina, to Vincent and Hilda Schlueter, who are deceased.
Surviving are a son, Max (Rachel), Springfield, Tenn.; a daughter, Carla Cooper, Forest; three brothers, Paul V. (Evelyn), Beamsville, Tom M. (Carol), Botkins, and Joe L. (Lora), Celina; two sisters, Judy M. Millisor and Jane A. Springer, both of Celina; and four grandchildren.
He was a self-employed contractor.
Services were today at 1 p.m. at the chapel of Austin & Bell Funeral Home, Springfield.
