Construction workers continue to make progress this week on the $5 million construction and renovation project at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater, despite the recent cold temperatures. The new emergency department at the northeast end of the facility may be operational by the end of this month, according to officials. The entire project won't be completed for approximately another year.
