The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Richard Engle
Richard Vaughn Engle, 43, died Feb. 12, 2009, at his Dayton residence of natural causes.
He was born March 22, 1965, in Celina to Benjamin F. and Janice Severns Engle.
Surviving are his wife, Deborah Chrisman Engle and his father and step-mother, Benjamin and Betty Engle of Celina.
Also surviving are three sons, Richard B., Christopher and Jacob; a daughter, Megan (Cliff) Lewis; four brothers, Frank (Kathy), Curtis, Benjamin Todd (Angie) and Trent Engle; a sister, Linda Sue Engle, all of Dayton; his mother-in-law, Susan Hook; three step-brothers, Craig (Brenda) McDermitt, St. Marys; Mike McDermitt, New Bremen, and John (Sally) McDermitt, Celina, and eight grandchildren.
Deceased are his mother and step-father, Theodore (Fud) and Janice James; and a step-sister, Deanna Jo Slone.
He was self-employed.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Monday at Newcomer Funeral Home & Crematory, Dayton.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home with interment at Willow View Cemetery, Dayton.
