Scattered snow showers will continue through mid morning. With temperatures well below freezing, light snow accumulations will combine with lingering black ice from overnight, to create some slick spots on area roadways. In addition, brisk westerly winds will gust in the 25 to 35 mph range this morning.
If traveling this morning, allow for some extra time to reach your destination. Be prepared for slick conditions, especially on bridges and overpasses as well as untreated surfaces.

Deborah Smith
Deborah L. Smith, 39, 819 Townview Drive, St. Marys, died at 9:17 p.m. Feb. 25, 2009, in Richland Manor Nursing Home, Bluffton. Death was due to cancer.
She was born July 4, 1969, in Lima, to Leon and M. Lucille Rogers Smith, who survive in St. Marys.
Also surviving is a brother, David, St. Marys.
Deceased are grandparents, Frank and Lillie Rogers and Ernest and Carrie Smith.
She was a member of Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the church, the Revs. Dean Greenwood and Tom Sager officiating. Burial is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys.
