Celina city employees on Monday complete some prep work for the forthcoming Main Street reconstruction project. Celina Safety Service Director Jeff Hazel said much preliminary work related to design will be done throughout the year. The $3.4 million project is set to begin next year and will include complete reconstruction of the street, sidewalks and parking, along with new decorative features.
