At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Franklin Wise, Jr.
Franklin E. "Skip" Wise, Jr., 73, of Troy died at 6:05 p.m. March 19, 2009, at his residence. He was born July 12, 1935, in Pontiac, Mich., to Franklin Eugene "Buzz" Wise, Sr., and Rita Clara Mary (Fischer) Wise. His wife of 38 years, Barbara Janczura Wise, survives.
Also surviving are sisters, Mary Jane "Jane" Wilkins of Celina, Elizabeth "Becky" (Robert "Doc") Wimmers of Carol Stream, Ill., Barbara Ann "Bobbie" and (Robert "Chico") Weber of Celina, and Judith "Judy" Dixon of Celina; a brother, James "Jim" (Annie) Wise of Celina; a sister-in-law, Brenda Wise of Texas; and sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Viola and Ronald Weigle of Aliquippa, Pa.
Deceased are a brother, Michael Wise.
He attended the Immaculate Conception School in Celina until eighth grade and then Brunnerdale Seminary in Canton and St. Joseph College in Indiana. He was a member of the amici C.PP.S. Society of Precious Blood.
He was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church, Troy, and the Knights of Columbus, where he served as the financial secretary for many years. He served in the U.S. National Guard. He and his wife were former members of the Trojan Square Dance Club. He retired from Minster Machine and formerly taught sixth-grade at Immaculate Conception School.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church in Troy, with Rev. James Duell officiating. Burial is at Riverside Cemetery, Troy.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Baird Funeral Home, Troy, with a Knights of Columbus service at the funeral home.
