* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery and snow covered road conditions.

Bill Painter, site manager where the new Mercer County jail is being built, points out the slope of a detention/retention area designed to catch stormwater runoff to Tom Rampe, Lake Improvement Association member, and Laura Walker, coordinator of the Grand Lake/Wabash Watershed Alliance. Walker, Rampe and otthers toured the site to view erosion control measures used during construction.
