* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected today and tonight. Heavy rainfall is possible, especially tonight, which may result in flash flooding.

Paul Opperman
Paul Wilson Opperman, 75, 8 Elk Drive, New Bremen, died at 4:05 a.m. April 9, 2009, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Sept. 15, 1933, in New Bremen, to Charles and Kathryn Vornholt Opperman. On Oct. 3, 1952, he married Dolores Schemmel, who is deceased.
Surviving are five children, Jeffrey (Denise) Opperman, New Bremen, Bruce (Rita) Opperman, New Knoxville, Susan Townsend, Fort Wayne, Ind., Elaine (James) Lampert, New Bremen, and Jane (Kevin) Shelley, Mooresville, Ind.; a brother, James (Carol) Opperman, New Bremen; a mother-in-law, Helen Schemmel, Minster; 11 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a sister, Ruth Ann Opperman; and a stillborn brother.
He retired from the former Huffy Bicycle Corp., Celina, where he was a tool and die maker. He was a 1951 graduate of New Bremen High School.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at the Faith Alliance Church, New Bremen, the Revs. Tom Sager and Steve Wills officiating. Burial is at German Protestant Cemetery, New Bremen.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Monday at the church.
