* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog. Some patchy freezing fog through daybreak is possible on bridges and elevated roadways.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 11 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...Significant visibility reductions to near zero at times will necessitate extra caution for commuters through late morning. Temperatures below freezing in some areas will increase the threat for icy patches on elevated roadways.

George Hoenie
George R. Hoenie, 86, 8320 Hoenie Road, Celina, died at 9:27 a.m. April 16, 2009, at Mercer County Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born April 3, 1923, in Mercer County, to Wilmer and Minnie Krogman Hoenie. On Aug. 26, 1950, he married Norma L. Knous, who survives.
Other survivors are three sons, Dwayne (Ruth) Hoenie, Celina, Mark (Karen) Hoenie, Rockford, and Tom (Beth) Hoenie, Celina; four daughters, Joann (Kim) Plattner, Shirley (Lyle) Little, and Linda (Steve) Siebert, all of Celina, and Sue (Kent) Merkle, Ohio City; a sister, Luella Siebert, Celina; 24 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a brother, Wayne Hoenie; and a brother-in-law, Lloyd Siebert.
He retired from farming and was a truck driver for Standard Oil. He graduated in 1941 from Celina High School. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church and the Veterans of Foreign Wars, both of Celina. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving during World War II.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, the Rev. Paul Baglien officiating. Burial is at Buck Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
