* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected into this evening. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Victor May
Victor E. May, 77, 7487 East state Route 67, Bryant, Ind., died April 29, 2009, in Renaissance Specialty Hospital, Muncie, Ind.
He was born Nov. 22, 1931, in Jay County, Ind., to John and Louise Schmit May. On Oct. 25, 1952, he married Maryann Wendel, who survives.
Also surviving are his children, Daniel May, Redkey, Ind., Joseph May, Bryant, Peggy (Bud) Minton, Coldwater, and Carol Wendel, Bryant; sisters, Lena Lengerich, Decatur, Ind., Rosemary Freiburger, Yoder, Ind., and Jane May, Decatur; 15 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He retired from New Idea in Coldwater, was a carpenter and was involved with Jay Home Builders. He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and its St. Joseph Sodality, Bryant, and Knights of Columbus and Habitat for Humanity, both in Portland.
Service is 10:30 a.m. Monday at the church, Fr. David Hoying officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is noon-5 p.m. Sunday in Baird-Freeman Funeral Home, Portland.
