* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 AM this morning to 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Volunteers Wilma Heitkamp, left, and Mary Ann Hemmelgarn, right, do patterning therapy on Ermil Dunwoody, a client at the Center for Neurological Development in Burkettsville. The women began volunteering at the center shortly after its opening in June 1984, and 25 years later, they continue to come weekly. Also helping is volunteer Elmer Eyink.
