* WHAT...Visibility one quarter mile or less in dense fog.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Low visibility could make driving conditions hazardous. Patchy slick spots could develop on elevated roadways where temperatures drop below freezing.

Carl Kohn
Carl H. Kohn, 77, 535 Dorothy Lane, Coldwater, died at 11:40 a.m. May 4, 2009, at Dayton Heart Hospital.
He was born Sept. 5, 1931, in Celina to Frank R. and Ruby G. Smelser Kohn. On Oct. 20, 1951, he married Mary M. Wenning, who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Ron (Carol) Kohn, Celina, and Gerry (Connie) Kohn, Philothea; two daughters, Kathy (John) Spoltman, Chickasaw, and Kris (Jeff) Boise, Coldwater; a sister, Donna Spencer, Celina; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a grandchild.
He worked as a supervisor in the Desma Area at Goodyear for 30 years and was a member of St. Marys Catholic Church and its Holy Name Society, Philothea. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving as a sergeant in Korea, past commander of the Coldwater and St. Henry American Legions, a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and Fraternal Order of Eagles, both in Coldwater. He was a 1949 graduate of Celina High School.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiating. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-10 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
