Celina's Todd Hertel looks for the bar as he soars in the air during the pole vault competition of the first day of the Mercer County Knights of Columbus Track Meet on Thursday at Cavalier Stadium in Coldwater. Hertel won the pole vault with a top mark of 13-4 to help Celina to a lead after the first day of competition in the team standings.
