Workers this morning use forms to create a decorative cement wall along the east side of state Route 118, south of state Route 119, to the St. Henry village corporation limit. The work is part of a highway enhancement project being undertaken by the village. Decorative wrought iron fencing will be placed atop the wall. The project also includes new curbs, sidewalks, crosswalks and other improvements. A majority of the funding for the project - about $500,000 - is being paid through a grant from the Ohio Department of Transportation.
