* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected through Tuesday night. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Esther Stroh
Esther Ann Stroh, 91, a resident of St. Marys Living Center and, formerly of Spruce Street, St. Marys, died at 4:10 p.m. May 15, 2009, at the Center.
She was born Feb. 16, 1918, in St. Rose to John and Catherine Tuente Kleinhenz. On Feb. 1, 1944, she married Richard Stroh, who died May 4, 1997.
Surviving are a son, Don (Tamme Posada) Stroh, St. Marys; three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Deceased are five brothers and four sisters.
She was a homemaker and member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church, St. Marys. She graduated in 1936 from St. Marys Memorial High School.
Funeral Mass is 2 p.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Anthony Cutcher officiating. Burial is at Gethsemane Cemetery.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Tuesday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys.
