Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are occurring this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will be as low as 10 degrees below zero. Temperatures improve across western and southwest Ohio over the next few hours as clouds move in.

Harry Dunlap
Harry O. Dunlap Jr., 78, 1209 Indiana Ave., St. Marys, died at 2:20 p.m. May 20, 2009, at St. Marys Living Center, St. Marys.
He was born June 19, 1930, in Van Wert, to Harry O. and Elva May McPherson Dunlap.
Surviving are two sons, Charles and David Wayne Dunlap, both of New York.
Deceased are eight brothers, Delbert, James, William, Eugene, Robert, Willard, Charles and Guy Franklin Dunlap; and four sisters, Dorothy Martin, Betty Hardin, Opal Kinging and Mary Donovan.
He retired from the U.S. Army after 30 years of service, and served in the Korean War. He was a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), St. Marys, where he served on the honor guard for more than 15 years.
Memorial services are 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Cisco Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Robert Ellis officiating. Burial with military honors conducted by the VFW is at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
