At 1059 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Minster, moving northeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and very heavy rain.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Visibility will be poor and hydroplaning is possible.
Locations impacted include... Wapakoneta, St. Marys, New Bremen, Minster, Anna, Fort Loramie, Botkins, New Knoxville, Moulton, Osgood, Chickasaw, North Star, Kettlersville, Yorkshire, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Lake Loramie State Park, Maria Stein, and Carthagena.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 98 and 112.
If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a sturdy building.
Motorists should slow down and use extra caution.

Anna Lee Turner
Anna Lee Turner, 69, 1009 Hemlock St., Celina, died May 28, 2009, at 11:17 a.m. at the Dayton Heart Hospital, Dayton.
She was born June 2, 1939, in Celina to Harry and Luella Fiely Sealscott. On Jan. 25, 1958, she married Rudy Turner, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving is a son, Tim Turner, Washington, DC; three daughters, Tammy (Ron) Kramer and Terry (Jeff) Rammel, all of Celina, Tiffany Turner, Bowling Green; 4 grandchildren, two great-grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Dale Sealscott, Celina, and Bev Sealscott, St. Marys; and a brother-in-law, Tom Rittgers, Columbus.
Deceased are a brother, Bud Sealscott; a sister, Donna Rittgers and a sister-in-law, Cindy Sealscott.
She retired from the JCPenney store in 2004 and was a member of the Mercer County Genealogical Society, the Red Hat Society of Celina and the Quilt Guild of Celina.
She also was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Celina, where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held Tuesday at 10:30 a.m. The Rev. Thomas Brenberger will officiate and burial will follow in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Monday and before 10 a.m. Tuesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
