At 1212 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near New Bremen, moving northeast at 50 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 45 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Hail may cause minor damage to vegetation.
Locations impacted include... Newport, Fryburg, Montra, Egypt, Uniopolis, New Bremen, Buckland, Botkins, New Knoxville, Fort Loramie, Kettlersville, Moulton, Jackson Center, St. Marys, Anna, Kossuth, Lakeview, Lake Loramie State Park, Waynesfield, and Wapakoneta.
This includes I-75 in Ohio between mile markers 96 and 118.

Larry Hughes
Larry P. Hughes, 68, of Rockford, died at 1:15 p.m. June 6, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Nov. 14, 1940, in Quincy, to Paul and Wanda Chupp Hughes. On August 16, 1959, he married Rosalie Fleming who survives.
Other survivors are two sons, Donald (Gerri Lu) Hughes, Killbuck, and Craig ( Tami) Hughes, Carey; a daughter, Kimberly (Randy) Roe, Decatur, Ind.; two sisters, Anita (Albert) Fleming, Celina, and Judy (David) Fleming of Dayton; and eight grandchildren.
He was a semi truck driver for over 15 years and owned his own truck for over 10. He worked at National Seal, Van Wert, Elkhart Products, Fort Wayne, Ind., Pontius Hardware and Mercer Landmark, both in Rockford, and Phelps Dodge, Fort Wayne, Ind. He served with the Army National Guard out of Van Wert. He was also past President of Rockford Fraternal Order of Eagles.
Services are 10 a.m. at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home, Rockford, the Rev. Pastor Bruce Head officiating. Burial is at Willshire Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to service Wednesday at the funeral home.
