* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Preparing for the holiday

Bruns Building & Development, St. Henry, on Tuesday continues construction of 450 feet of sea wall and a concrete walking path from near the shelterhouse to the pier on Lake Shore Drive. Once the seawall is completed, there will be no big, jagged rocks near this shoreline. The city's goal is to have this done before this weekend's Freedom Days festival at Lake Shore Park.
