* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Fun in the sun

A group of children from Paulding County play atop a sand hill at a swimming beach near East Bank State Park in St. Marys on Tuesday afternoon. The youngsters and adult chaperones came to the lake to visit and enjoy a day in the sun, they said.
