* WHAT...West winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana and central and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM EST this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

The corporation limit is but a stone's throw from businesses in one section of the Minster Industrial Park and no lots remain in the other section. Officials continue to search for additional land to create another industrial area.
