Eddie Wourms, therapist, works with resident Alice Eyink at The Gardens at St. Henry. The nursing home had a 98.8 percent compliance score with state regulations, according to the most recent Ohio Department of Health inspection. The Gardens was presented an Award of Excellence for regulatory compliance by the Ohio Academy of Nursing Homes Inc.
