* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

New breakwater

A dump truck from Shinn Bros., Celina, empties a load of concrete into Grand Lake, just off South Sugar Street, on Wednesday morning for a new breakwater. The breakwater is being put in to protect the city's new walkway from wave and ice damage.
