* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM to 8 PM EDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

Grand Lake starting pitcher Brent McNeil is 3-0 with a 2.45 ERA this summer for the Mariners, who have the best ERA in the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League. The Mariners are 19-8 this summer in large part due to the pitching staff.
