* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to 11 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

Jumping into festival fun

Alex List, 10, of Celina flies through the air during a bungee jump ride at the Immaculate Conception Church festival in Celina during the weekend. Winning the top three prizes at the festival were Denny Rolfes of Celina, the van; Connie Grilliot of Versailles, a ring; and Steve Zender of Celina, a leather recliner.
