* WHERE...Delaware, Union, Auglaize, Champaign, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, Miami, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM early this morning to 8 PM EDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

The canal lock 13 project in downtown St. Marys is well underway. Workers were busy last week building the west side cement wall. Although dry now, city officials are hopeful of having water flowing through this section of the Miami & Erie Canal by Summerfest, Aug. 14-16. See related photo on back page.
