Southwest winds will increase this morning with the passage of a strong cold front. Southwest winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 to 45 mph expected this morning into the afternoon before diminishing toward evening.
These gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.

Fender bender

Police and Celina emergency personnel respond to an accident at the intersection of Market and Enterprise streets about 3 p.m. Wednesday. According to police reports, Shane Schindler, 22, of Celina, was driving a Toyota Camry east on Market and drove into the back of a Ford Escort driven by Brittany Krommanecker, 24, of Piqua. Both drivers and their passengers refused medical assistance.
