* IMPACTS...Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are expected. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

New docks

Construction workers install new docks along Lake Shore Drive in Celina last week. The area has undergone a facelift with new concrete seawalls and walking paths replacing the old jagged rock and now new docks leading boaters to Lake Shore Park.
