The Mercer County Fairgrounds appears rather quiet today but all that will change Friday morning when the 157th county fair opens. Among the popular features returning is the Free Lunch Hour on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. People will receive their $5 deposit back when they leave Gate B by 1 p.m.
