* WHERE...In Indiana, Wayne County. In Ohio, Auglaize, Darke, Hardin, Logan, Mercer, and Shelby Counties.
* WHEN...Until noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Edward Tester
Edward E. Tester, 84, of 612 W. Cron St., Celina, died at 12:40 a.m. Aug. 18, 2009, at his son's residence in Celina.
He was born Oct. 18, 1924, in Celina to Charles and Hattie Custer Tester. On Feb. 23, 1952, he married Barbara E. Goins, who died May 7, 2009.
Surviving are a son, Rick (Sonya) Tester, Celina; three grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
Deceased are a brother, Clifford Tester; three sisters, Flora Mae Tester, Daisy Belle Stetler and Mable Virge Hare; and a great-grandson.
He retired as a construction worker from Hinton Construction Company and the Hawk Construction Company, Celina. He was a member of the Celina First Church of God and the American Legion, Celina.
Graveside services are 10:30 a.m. Friday, at Fairview Cemetery, Celina, the Rev. Bruce Strine officiating.
