* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Cold wind chill will occur late tonight into Sunday morning.

Grill kings

Fred Reichert of Fort Recovery, right, and Brent Starr of Portland, Ind., grill steak for the Fort Recovery Church of the Nazarene lunch stand at the annual Tri-State Gas Engine and Antique Tractor Association Show. The event, held during the weekend at the Jay County Fairgrounds in Portland, drew thousands of visitors as well as exhibitors from 50 states.
