* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Bradley Heckman
Bradley Donald Heckman, 38, 350 Jack Oak Point, St. Marys, died Aug. 30, 2009, at 207 Dogwood St., Celina. Cause of death is under investigation.
He was born June 17, 1971, in York, Pa., to Donald William and Betty Jean Foxx Heckman, who survive in Sallis, Okla.
Also surviving is a brother, Mark (Cindy) Heckman, Holland, Mich.
He worked in quality control at Setex, St. Marys, and was a member of Emmanual United Church of Christ, Allentown, Pa.
Memorial service is 10 a.m. Saturday at the Allentown church.
Calling is 9-10 a.m. Saturday at the church.
Contributions can be made to the church or Holland Township Recreation, Holland, Mich. for Little League Baseball.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cisco Funeral Home, Celina.
