* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1146 PM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Sidney, Anna, Jackson Center, Botkins, Hardin, Port Jefferson, Kettlersville, Swanders, Montra, Maplewood, Mccartyville, Fryburg, Newbern and St. Johns.

Ohio State University President E. Gordon Gee talks with OSU alumni and staff at Schwieterman Pharmacy in New Bremen on Tuesday morning as part of his meet and greet around the state of Ohio. He also made stops in Celina and St. Henry. Gee is touring various communities to talk with prospective students and alumni and see first-hand some of the university's partnerships with local businesses. Last year he visited all of Ohio's 88 counties.
