Alfred Smith
Alfred "Dale" Smith, 71, 35 state Route 119 W., Fort Recovery, died at 11:17 a.m. Sept. 2, 2009, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born Nov. 9, 1937, in Muncie, Ind., to Alfred and Dora Ray Smith.
Surviving are two sisters, Louise Ring, Mincie, Ind., and Eddene "Tiny" Smith, Fort Recovery.
Deceased are a brother, Clyde Smith; and two sisters, Leora Nafe and Mabel Hellis.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family
Arrangements are entrusted to Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
