German Heritage program

Third-graders from Minster Elementary School toured local streets and listened to a Frantz Joseph Stallo impersonator as part of the annual German Heritage program sponsored by the Minster Historical Society. Students listen as Bob Lammers explains the historical significance of the Minster Insurance building along West Fourth Street. This weekend marks the 35th Minster Oktoberfest, which celebrates the community's heritage.
