Third-graders from Minster Elementary School toured local streets and listened to a Frantz Joseph Stallo impersonator as part of the annual German Heritage program sponsored by the Minster Historical Society. Students watch Don Bergman demonstrate how early residents of the community made sauerkraut from cabbage grown in their gardens. This weekend marks the 35th Minster Oktoberfest, which celebrates the community's heritage.
