* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 10 to 20 below zero expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 7 PM this evening to noon EST Saturday.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.

Sub-zero temperatures and wind chill values are expected this morning. While most locations will have values in the negative single digits, some isolated temperatures and wind chills will briefly be as low as 10 to 15 degrees below zero.

Festivalgoers, dressed in their best Bavarian bib and tucker, enjoy a rousing polka at the 35th annual Minster Oktoberfest on Sunday afternoon. The weekend event drew thousands for a lineup that included music, a 150-unit parade, a beer tray relay, the Miss and Little Miss Oktoberfest competitions and a smorgasbord ranging from sausage and sauerkraut to apple dumplings and cream puffs.
