* IMPACTS...Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Children of all ages from Coldwater United Methodist Church show off the boxes they filled with numerous items for needy children around the world. The international project is part of Operation Christmas Child, which last year distributed shoe boxes to approximately 8 million children. The church, as well as other local churches, collect items all year round for the shoe box ministry.
